These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“GCU”) of the Women for Women France (“WFWF”) site, accessible via the link www.womenforwomenfrance.org (the “Site”), govern your (“User” or “You” ) use of the Site. By accessing the Site, You irrevocably accept these Terms. If You do not agree to any of these terms, please do not access the Site.

Intellectual property
WFWF is, and will remain at all times, the exclusive owner (i) of the Site, including the algorithms, and all concepts, techniques and improvements, and more generally of any related intellectual property, discovered, produced, developed or used at any moment by WFWF (ii) of the entire content of the Site, whether text or visual elements, and of all intellectual property rights relating thereto, with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner organisations or cited authors and, more generally, (iii) any intellectual property, content, technology, software tools, models, reusable and/or generic codes and related materials developed at any time by WFWF generally for its activity.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of WFWF. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
WFWF reserves all rights not expressly granted to You herein. For the avoidance of doubt, You are permitted to access the Site but WFWF does not grant You license to use its content, software, trademarks, trade names or logos.

Limit of liability
WFWF uses all the means at its disposal to guarantee that the information published on the Site is reliable. However, errors or omissions may occur and You must therefore ensure the accuracy of the information collected.
Accordingly, the site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, WFWF makes no warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise (including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- violation). WFWF does not warrant that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that errors or system failures will be corrected. WFWF is not responsible for Your use of this information or for any direct or consequential loss or damage that may arise therefrom. Unavailability
The content and functionalities of the Site are constantly being developed and improved. Accordingly, and at WFWF's sole discretion, certain features (whether or not identified as beta) may be modified, temporarily removed and/or suspended. WFWF is not responsible for content and features presented on the Site that become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Amendments
WFWF may modify or update the GCU at any time, in its sole discretion, and such modified WFWF GCU will be effective when posted on the Site. If You continue to use the Site after these changes have been made, You implicitly accept these changes. If the changes we make are material, we will notify you by reasonable means (for example, by posting a notice of such changes on the Site). If You do not accept the modified GCUs, You can cease your use of the Site.

Legislation
These T&Cs are governed by French law and any dispute that may arise from their interpretation or execution falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts on which the association's registered office depends.
